How can you offer such big discounts on new cars?
Due to the large volumes of vehicles that we supply as part of the Driven Group of companies, we get large discounts from the manufacturers. These discounts we can then pass on to you, our customers. Also, as we don’t have an expensive showroom to drive our costs up either, we can keep our prices even lower.
Are all the cars you supply UK cars with a manufacturers warranty?
Yes, every car on our site is a UK car with a full manufacturer’s warranty. This gives you the same peace of mind as if you were ordering your new car from your local showroom as you will get the exact same warranty from us as you would them.
What if I have a problem with the vehicle?
Don’t worry if you have a problem with your car, all cars are covered with a full manufactures warranty. This means you can just contact your local dealer and they will arrange for any necessary warranty work to be carried out and problems to be resolved.
Roadside recovery is also an option under the warranty, which gives you the peace of mind that should you ever need to take the car to the dealer, but be unable to get it there.

What is a Pre-Reg Car, and are any of the cars you offer Pre-Reg?
Most of the cars we offer are registered with you as the first owner; however a very limited number of the cars we offer have been pre-registered. This means the dealership has registered the car to themselves to increase sales figures for targets, and on the log book the dealership will appear as the first owner.
The reason we offer a small number of Pre-Reg cars on our site is because often these cars are sold to us with even greater discounts, which allows us to offer them to you at massively reduced prices.
You will be made fully aware when you are enquiring about any vehicle on our site if it is a Pre-Reg.
Do I collect the car, or will it be delivered?
Either, the choice is yours. You are welcome to pick your vehicle up from the showroom / dealership it is supplied from, or if you would prefer we can arrange free delivery to anywhere within the mainland UK.
Free delivery is by delivery driver, driving your new car to you. If you would prefer to have your new car delivered on a transporter, we can arrange this for you but there may be extra charge.

Where should I have my car serviced?
You are free to have the car serviced wherever you wish, although many manufacturers require you to service the car at an approved service station or the manufacturer’s local dealership / showroom to maintain the warranty.
What happens in the event of my new car order being delayed?
All the cars we offer currently have existing construction/delivery dates, which one of our customer service representatives will make you aware of. However, if a problem should arise due to unforeseen Manufacturer/Dealer delays, we will work to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and keep you fully informed at all times. It is our aim to make every new vehicle purchase at CarFinanceForYou as easy and un-stressful as possible.
Is there room for any further discounts on the vehicle?
In the motor trade it is common to ‘haggle’ or ‘negotiate’ for further discounts on your new car. We already offer the maximum discounts (which is why our prices are near unbeatable on every car) and are unfortunately unable to negotiate from our displayed prices.
